The Providence Journal celebrated the accomplishments of the 2017-2018 All-State high school student-athletes at their annual All-State Rhode Island High School Sports Awards.

Sponsored by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and National Grid, the event honors the top performers from every high school in 29 sports. Awards were presented to the Outstanding Player of the Year in each sport, as well as Coach of the Year, and other special awards. More than 1,400 people attended the banquet, including 480 all-state high school athletes.
